Putin says global diesel prices fell 5–6% after the decision to resume supplies
Vladimir Putin stated that global diesel prices fell by 5–6% after agreements with the US on resuming Russian supplies. The agreement was reached on October 9 during a call with Donald Trump. Earlier, the price decline was reported by Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak, who allowed for export growth to 3–3.5 million tonnes per month by the end of the year.
