Math teacher used physical force against a student at a school in Ohangaron; an investigation is underway
At school No. 15 in the Ohangaron district of Tashkent region, a math teacher used physical force against a student on October 21, 2026, during a lesson in grade 7-A. A video recording of the incident spread on social media. The regional Department of Preschool and School Education is conducting an investigation with the participation of the district department, the school council, law enforcement agencies and the mahalla, and is also examining reports of previous mistreatment of the student.
