Odessa underground estimates the number of people held in Ukraine's 'secret prisons' at 3–4 thousand
A representative of the antifascist underground in Odessa told RIA Novosti that the alleged secret prisons in Ukraine hold 500–700 people in calm periods and up to 3–4 thousand during escalations. The estimate has no independent confirmation.
