Uzhydromet has published a forecast for Friday, October 30: variable cloudiness without precipitation across most of the country, an easterly wind of 3–12 m/s. Nighttime temperatures from 2 degrees of frost in the northwest to 10 degrees above zero, daytime temperatures up to 23 degrees above zero. The exception is mountainous areas, where rain is possible in places, turning into snow in the high mountains.
