Japan's largest carrier NTT Docomo experienced unstable voice calls, mobile internet and SMS nationwide from around 11:18 local time on November 5. The company is investigating the cause and has not given a timeline for restoration. Separately, Docomo suspended its online store and My Docomo portal after a likely unauthorized access to its servers.
