Residents of a Kyiv residential complex blocked a road over the lack of light and heat
In the Novyi Avtograf residential complex in Kyiv, electricity and heating have been out for a third day, and the temperature in apartments has dropped to 13 ℃. Residents blocked a pedestrian crossing and are not letting cars through. The day before, Zelensky called the city's electricity and water supply situation the 'worst', while Klitschko stated that generators cannot replace central power supply.
