Russian Embassy Accuses EU of Neo-Colonial Approach After Kallas' Statements on the Arctic
The Russian Embassy in the United Kingdom responded to an interview by the EU's chief diplomat Kaja Kallas with The Times, in which she called for preventing Moscow and Beijing from gaining control over the Northern Sea Route. The diplomatic mission called the EU's position a manifestation of a neo-colonial mentality and an attempt to hold back other countries.
