North Korea responds to joint statement of 12 countries on denuclearization
After a joint statement by Australia, Canada, EU countries, Japan, South Korea, the United States and others calling for the complete denuclearization of North Korea, North Korea's Foreign Ministry declared that sanctions 'work on the weak, but not on us,' and warned participants of the multilateral sanctions monitoring group of 'responsibility' for hostile actions.
