EU Court Upholds Restrictions on Nord Stream 2
The EU Court rejected the appeal of Nord Stream 2 AG, which had sought to challenge the gas directive prohibiting suppliers from controlling pipelines. The company had previously also sued the European Parliament and the Council of Europe over the regulation on phasing out Russian gas.
