Scientists compared urinating sitting and standing in healthy men
Colombian researchers conducted a randomized crossover study with 52 healthy men and found no significant difference between the positions in flow rate and urine volume. Formally, equivalence of the positions could not be proven, and the findings do not extend to people with urological problems.
