Court allows Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor to be called to give evidence in fraud case
A High Court judge in London has allowed Selman Turk, who is accused of fraud, to call Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor to give evidence. Turkish businesswoman Nebahat Isbilen claims that Turk misled her regarding a payment of £750,000 to the former Duke of York in 2019. Turk denies dishonesty; Andrew himself returned the money, and there is no suspicion against him.
