In the UAE, a number of officials and conscripts referred to military court in national service fraud case
The UAE Military Prosecutor General has referred to court several civil servants and conscripts accused of forging documents and abusing their positions to obtain unlawful exemptions from national service. The charges have not yet been proven — the case is to be considered by a military court.
