Chief freelance plastic surgeon of the Russian Health Ministry Natalya Manturova said in an interview with Dmitry Kiselyov that a good plastic surgeon should take part in the patient's fate and work as a psychologist. According to her, the number of conscientious surgeons in Russia is growing. Cosmetologist Mikhail Voronov earlier noted that patients often ask to correct facial features that do not actually exist.
