Since October 1, 2026, cash register systems have been checking permission to sell motor oils and automotive fluids. According to Rospotrebnadzor, in the first month of the mechanism's operation, the sale of about 2 million packages of illegal products was prevented; 77.2% of the 80.4 thousand monitored stores committed no violations.
