Insurers' losses from unrest in France may exceed €1 billion
According to Morningstar DBRS analysts, insurance losses from mass riots in France over the past weekend could reach €1.2 billion. Brokers also allow for the possibility of exceeding €1 billion. Trade Minister Serge Papin said at least 3,000 businesses were affected, including Louis Vuitton and Kenzo stores.
