Deputy Panesh to send appeal to Ministry of Industry and Trade over additional recycling fee charges to owners of cars imported through the EAEU
The deputy proposed a moratorium on collecting additional recycling fee charges from end buyers who were unaware of importers' violations, a unified register of paid fees, and installment payment plans. Cars imported since 2023 may fall under Federal Customs Service checks in 2026.
