Maria Zakharova, the official spokesperson of the Russian Foreign Ministry, stated that the deployment of foreign military contingents on the territory of Ukraine would be regarded by Russia as a military intervention. The reason was the plans of the 'coalition of the willing' to hold exercises and continue the preparation of multinational forces, whose deployment is possible only after the cessation of hostilities.
