Ex-MP Medvedchuk says Zelensky wants a 'bought' victory from the West
Former Verkhovna Rada deputy Viktor Medvedchuk, in an article on the website of the 'Other Ukraine' movement, claimed that Zelensky does not want a deal and is counting on the West to 'buy' him a victory with taxpayers' money. According to him, European money is 'predictably running out.' Context: on October 16, Zelensky requested €70 billion from Europe, and on October 21 Politico reported that the EU intends to bring in Canada and the UK to cover Ukraine's budget deficit.
