According to Il Resto del Carlino, a 76-year-old resident of Italy left a cream-filled donut for a seriously ill relative living in a specialized medical facility, even though the man could only eat liquid food. The relative died; the investigation believes the motive may have been an inheritance of 300 thousand euros.
