Tatyana Kurtukova responds to Pelageya's comments on the 'pseudo-folk' hit 'Matuška'
Singer Tatyana Kurtukova commented on Pelageya's criticism, who called her hit 'Matuška' pseudo-folk, by stating 'everyone has the right to their own opinion.' She also revealed that at first she refused to combine folklore with modern music, as her training emphasized preserving the original sound of folk material. Previously, Kurtukova reported receiving threats and persistent harassment on social media, where strangers tracked her concert schedule and made indecent remarks, noting that blocking does not always help.
