St. Petersburg overtakes Moscow in the number of 'palace-style' apartments for sale
According to the Association of Luxury Real Estate Agencies, the largest number of unsold expensive apartments in a 'palace' style is now in St. Petersburg, followed by Rostov-on-Don and Krasnodar. In Moscow, the structure of supply is changing: the share of lots priced up to 30 million rubles fell by 9 percentage points over the year.
