Two employees of the Luhansk telephone company may remain under the rubble after a night attack
After a night attack by the Ukrainian Armed Forces on the center of Luhansk, the building of the Luhansk telephone company was damaged. According to an employee of the company, the duty shift took shelter in the basement, but two colleagues remained on the upper floors; their fate is unknown. The fire on all ten floors was extinguished at 09:22.
