State Duma prepares to reject bill on penalties for dangerous driving
The State Duma Committee recommended rejecting a bill on fines and license suspension for dangerous driving, deeming it 'no longer relevant.' The term 'dangerous driving' has been in the traffic rules since 2016, but no sanctions for it ever appeared in the Administrative Offenses Code. The plenary hearing is scheduled for November 12.
