Political scientist Krutakov: a deal on Europe without the participation of EU countries is practically impossible
Commenting on Donald Trump's statement about preparing a large-scale agreement affecting all of Europe, political scientist Leonid Krutakov said that even negotiations between Russia, the US and China cannot replace the participation of the European countries themselves, as well as Iran, Germany, Turkey, India and Brazil.
