Klimenko says abandoning anonymity is the condition for defeating destructive content online
German Klimenko, head of the council of the Digital Economy Development Fund, stated that destructive content would disappear from the internet if anonymity were abandoned. His position echoes the forecast by State Duma deputies that all actions of Russians online will be de-anonymized within the next three years.
