In Russia, blogger Amir Khapachev has been detained on suspicion of participating in the activities of the 'Anti-War Committee of Russia', which has been designated a terrorist organization. According to investigators, he collected information about fuel infrastructure in southern Russia and the vehicles of SVO participants for payment, receiving two transfers of 50,000 rubles each. A case has been opened under Article 205.5 of the Criminal Code.
