Russia's Defense Ministry claimed that drones struck the NTP Ukrspecsvyaz enterprise in Kharkiv Oblast and a cargo ship off the coast of Odesa. According to the Telegram channel Mash, overnight strikes also hit Kyiv's thermal power plants. Some of the reports are based on statements by the military ministry and lack independent confirmation.
