In Irkutsk, a collision between a KamAZ truck and an e-scooter ridden by a 17-year-old girl led to the truck tipping over. According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the scooter rider was crossing the roadway at a signalized crosswalk without dismounting. Both participants in the accident sustained bodily injuries.
