Fraudsters convinced an 18-year-old girl to hand over her grandmother's savings under the pretext of 'declaration'. The money was collected by a 17-year-old college student who had been declared missing the day before. Police detained her and a 19-year-old St. Petersburg resident at an ATM: the scammers managed to transfer 25 million rubles, and 5 million was seized.
