Argentina adds five Latin American cartels and guerrilla groups to its terrorist organizations registry
Javier Milei's government has officially added five transnational organizations to Argentina's RePET registry: the Sinaloa Cartel and La Nueva Familia Michoacana from Mexico, the ELN and FARC-EP dissidents from Colombia, and Ecuador's Los Tiguerones. The decision was made jointly by several ministries and the SIDE intelligence agency and expands powers for asset freezes and intelligence sharing.
