Russian Supreme Court Allows Russian Man Not to Return Daughter to Her Mother in France
Russia's Supreme Court granted the appeal of Alexei Yermakov, rejecting his ex-wife Veronika Tishkova's request to return their daughter to France. Previously, three courts had ruled the child's removal unlawful.
