Celebrity loses injunction case but will remain anonymous pending appeal
The High Court in London has refused a well-known person a permanent injunction preventing publication of his name and allegations of sexual harassment. However, Mr Justice Nicklin maintained the interim injunction so that the respondent can lodge an appeal.
