20 iPhones with swapped IMEI codes worth 310 million soums detained at Tashkent Airport
Customs authorities at Tashkent Airport stopped an attempt to import 20 iPhone smartphones worth nearly 310 million soums. The violators reflashed the devices to swap IMEI codes, declaring identifiers from previously imported phones in their declarations. Checks are currently underway, and the agency is strengthening control over such schemes.
