Syria says it foiled an attack on the Homs oil refinery
Syrian authorities detained two suspects accused of preparing an explosion at the Homs refinery and seized explosive devices. Hezbollah denied any involvement. The detentions came against the backdrop of Damascus–Beirut talks on border security.
