Life.ru has collected recipes for homemade cheeses made from milk, cottage cheese (tvorog) and kefir. Interest in cheesemaking is explained by rising prices (according to Rosstat, in November 2024 cheese became 1.3% more expensive), distrust of manufacturers, and the fashion for hobbies.
