Ilhan Omar's Lawyers Challenge Legality of FBI and Internal Security Agency Search of Her Home
The defense of Congresswoman Ilhan Omar, in a letter to federal prosecutors, claimed the search of her Washington home was unlawful and demanded the return of seized property and recordings from the operation. The Justice Department rejected the accusations, and Washington prosecutor Jeanine Pirro stated the warrant had been approved by a judge with probable cause.
