On the site of the historic 1812 barracks in London's St John's Wood district, St John's Wood Square is being built — 120 luxury residences. The first apartments have already been released to the market, with occupancy scheduled for 2028. A survey of buyers from the UAE and Saudi Arabia showed that security is the key factor in their choice.
