Guidewire acquires British insurance AI startup Hyperexponential for $1.7 billion
Insurance technology giant Guidewire announced the acquisition of Hyperexponential, a developer of AI solutions for underwriting, for $1.7 billion in cash. The total value of the deal could reach about $2 billion including bonus payments. Closing is expected next year.
