High Court in London hears case over media's right to name celebrity accused of harassment
A celebrity not named publicly is seeking an injunction preventing publication of his name and of allegations that he abused his status to pursue relationships with girls and young women. His lawyers argue that disclosure could lead to suicide; ITN and the Guardian insist on the public interest. The judge is considering only whether publication is permissible, not the truth of the allegations.
