NATO presents the 'theory of victory' concept for repelling a possible attack
Chairman of the NATO Military Committee General Grinkevich presented the 'theory of victory' concept on October 12 at a conference in Warsaw, describing three stages of alliance action against a probable aggressor: Block, Blunt and Break. According to DW, the concept was developed primarily with a possible threat from Moscow in mind, although Grinkevich himself did not publicly name Russia.
