In Khmelnytskyi, a grenade exploded in the hand of a man fleeing from police
On November 8 in the Rakovo neighborhood of Khmelnytskyi, a grenade exploded in the hand of a man whom police officers had been chasing through the courtyards of residential buildings. The report about a person with an explosive device came in at around 15:20. After the explosion, the injured man was given aid and detained. The outlet also cites other recent cases of grenade blasts during detentions in Ukraine.
