Public Chamber proposed early retirement for grandparents to help grandchildren
Deputy head of the Public Chamber commission Pavel Pozhigaylo proposed giving the older generation earlier retirement so they can help grandchildren with their studies. This is a comment on the Ministry of Education's plans to give grandparents access to electronic gradebooks with parental consent. Earlier, a bill on a 'grandmother's salary' equal to the minimum wage was submitted to the State Duma.
