Kanye West's cancelled concerts: organizer ordered to refund ticket money
A magistrate judge in Moscow ordered the company Say Agency to pay more than 83,400 rubles to a buyer of tickets for Kanye West's cancelled concert in St. Petersburg. This is the first known ruling amid dozens of lawsuits against the organizer and the ticket operator.
