TurkStream operator files lawsuit against Dutch Gasunie and Naftogaz
On November 5, South Stream Transport B. V. filed a lawsuit with the Arbitration Court of the Moscow Region against Gasunie Transport Services and Naftogaz of Ukraine. A hearing is scheduled for December 1, with Gazprom listed as a third party. The substance of the claims has not yet been disclosed.
