Investigative Committee completes case on theft of 108,000 liters of diesel fuel from the Ministry of Defense
Military investigators have completed the investigation against Roman Menchikov, who, according to the investigation, appropriated diesel fuel intended for the Russian Ministry of Defense for almost six years. The defendant pleaded guilty and compensated the damage, but is in custody; the case is being prepared for transfer to court.
