Pensioner from Yekaterinburg helped detain 96 couriers of phone scammers
A resident of Yekaterinburg named Lana began deliberately engaging with phone fraudsters about four years ago, and for the past year and a half has been cooperating with law enforcement: posing as a gullible victim, she forces the scammers to send couriers, whom the police then detain. According to Komsomolskaya Pravda Yekaterinburg, as reported by Life.ru, 96 couriers have been detained in total, and the longest operation took four months.
