Roskachestvo explained when stores are entitled to accept only cash
Roskachestvo specialists clarified that small workshops, stores and micro-enterprises may legally operate with cash only. Companies with revenue over 20 million rubles are required to accept national payment instruments, while an exemption is provided for outlets with revenue under 5 million rubles. A refusal to issue a receipt can be appealed to the Federal Tax Service, and a violation of the right to cashless payment — to Rospotrebnadzor.
