Lawyer explains for what period alimony can be recovered
Lawyer Olga Sulim explained to Gazeta.Ru the difference between the initial award of alimony and the collection of an already accumulated debt: in the first case, a three-year limit applies, while in the second, arrears are recovered for the entire period of non-payment due to the fault of the debtor and are not written off after the child comes of age.
