In Andijan Region, a Truck Driver Fell Asleep at the Wheel and Got into a Traffic Accident
On October 23, 2026, at around 03:30 in the Buloqboshi district of Andijan region, a truck driver (HOWO), born in 1990, fell asleep at the wheel, lost control, drove into the oncoming lane and crashed into a vineyard by the roadside. There were no injuries, but nearby residential houses sustained material damage. An investigation is underway.
