Armani heirs consider taking the fashion house public instead of selling it to a single conglomerate
The heirs of Giorgio Armani prefer an IPO over selling the company to a major conglomerate in order to preserve the independence of Giorgio Armani. Under the plan, about 15% of shares will be sold by March 2027, with a stock market listing possible within three to eight years. The company is valued at 5–7 billion euros.
